scaled floor plans, elevations, foundation plan, roof
plan and typical structural details and specifications.

Structural engineering
and calculations are not included. If engineering is
required by the municipality where you are building,
engineering fees are the sole responsibility of the
client.

All orders will be charged shipping and handling:
Continental U.S.- Ground Shipments $30.00
Continental U.S.- Air Shipments $60.00
Orders requiring shipment outside the Continental U.S.
will need to contact us directly for pricing information.
Washington State Sales Tax will be charged on all orders shipped
inside Washington State. No exceptions. Current rate is 8.3%
however the prevailing rate will be charged.
